Note on Magnetic Force

Also, when you open and close the lid to the charging case, there is a magnetic force, so you can feel that magnetic force. Also, when you take the earbuds out of the charging case and when you put the earbuds into the charging case, there is a magnetic force. You can feel that magnetic force.

Step-by-Step Manual Reset Process

Step 1: Preparing the Earbuds

  • Earbuds in Case: Step one is to have the earbuds in the charging case. While the earbuds are in the charging case, the indicator light on each of the earbuds may be flashing blue, or they may not be on at all.

Step 2: Unpairing the Earbuds

  • Unpair: The next step is to unpair the JLab Go Air True Wireless Earbuds from any device that they’re connected with.

Step 3: Checking the Indicator Light

  • Open Charging Case: Next, I’m going to open the lid to the charging case, and here are the earbuds.
  • Indicator Check: Now we’re going to look at the indicator light on each of the earbuds. If either indicator light on either earbud is not flashing blue, just gently remove that earbud from the charging case and then gently put the earbud back into the charging case until the indicator light is flashing blue.

Step 4: Pressing the Button

  • Button Press: Okay, there is a button right here on this earbud and a button right here on this earbud. For the next step, I’m going to press the button on one of the earbuds seven times. When I do this, the indicator light on that earbud will blink blue four times. Also, when we do this, the indicator light on the charging case may turn on or flash red.
  • Repeat for Other Earbud: And now I’ll press the button on the other earbud seven times and wait for the indicator light to flash blue four times.

Step 5: Taking the Earbuds Out

  • Remove Earbuds: Okay, for the next step, we are going to take the earbuds out of the charging case. And when we do this, the indicator light on each of the earbuds may flash white and/or blue while the earbuds are trying to connect to each other.
  • Indicator After Connection: And then once the earbuds are connected to each other, the indicator light on one of the earbuds should be solid white, and the indicator light on the other earbuds should be flashing white and blue.
