It&#8217;s how to fix your JBL headphones when one side stops working.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can fix it in several ways, and I will get straight to the point and make this quick for everybody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: Charging the Headphones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So, the first thing I do is to ensure that both of my JLab Earbuds are charged.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, if you look at one of these headphones, they have writing on them to tell you what side they go to in the charger, e.g., the left should go to the left charger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A common mistake I used to make was putting them on the wrong side, which meant they weren&#8217;t charging. Even though they fit the case, they won&#8217;t charge if you put them on the wrong side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how to charge them correctly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open the case to see the labels left (L) and right (R).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The headphones also have labels: L for left and R for right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put each headphone on the correct side and close the case.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two white lights on the charger indicate the battery life of the case, not the headphones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two blue lights on each side show the battery status of the headphones; when these light up blue, the headphones are charging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If they are not blue, the battery is either full or you put them on the wrong side.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There you go. This is one way to fix your Jlab Go Air Pop left earbud that is not working. One quick charge will solve all your problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Resolve Bluetooth Connectivity issues.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Another thing that could happen is that it&#8217;s just an issue with Bluetooth.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>When I suspect it&#8217;s a Bluetooth problem, I will look for a white flashing light on the headphones; this means that my headphones are connected to a device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I will disconnect the headphones from any of my paired devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For example, on my iPhone, I will go to settings, disconnect the headphones, and &#8220;forget&#8221; the headphones from the device altogether.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Disconnect from an iPhone:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to settings and click Bluetooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate your headphones (e.g., JLAP, J Buds, Air Icon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the &#8216;I&#8217; icon in the corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose &#8216;Forget This Device.&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reconnecting the Headphones<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>After&nbsp;<em>&#8220;forgetting&#8221;&nbsp;<\/em>the device, the headphones will start flashing a blue and white color, indicating they&#8217;re looking for a device.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put them back in the case, close them, and connect the charging port to a computer. I usually leave it for 10 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 10 seconds, I will open the case.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will see a blue light on one side, indicating a low battery.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the headphones from the charger, and they will look for another device.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconnect them to your phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It goes back to the white lights, indicating it&#8217;s connected to a device, and everything should work fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There should be no issues at all, and your music should play.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3: Dealing with the non-responsive Headphone Side<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you reconnect your headphones and, after reconnecting, one side doesn&#8217;t work, follow the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>First, know that headphones have a touch-sensitive pattern (e.g., JLAP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your headphones have a button instead of a touch-sensitive area, the next step is the same.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While playing a song, hold down the button or touch-sensitive area on the<strong>&nbsp;non-responsive side<\/strong>&nbsp;for 10 seconds; this will synchronize the headphones and get them working again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Usually, after holding for 10 seconds, it&#8217;ll take a little bit, but it will connect back and get back in sync with the other working headphones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I ask you to put music on because if you do that and it connects, you won&#8217;t know until you start playing a song. But if you&#8217;re already playing a song, the song will cut to the side that&#8217;s not working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These methods of fixing JLab earbuds that are not working usually work<strong>&nbsp;for me.&nbsp;<\/strong>I have had success with all of them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In summary, below are the four methods of fixing JLab earbuds that are not working are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Step<\/strong><\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Action<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">1<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Charge the headphones.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">2<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Disconnect the headphones from Bluetooth devices.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">3<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Reconnect the headphones.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">4<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">If one side is still not working, hold down the button or touch-sensitive area for 10 seconds while playing a song.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If it doesn&#8217;t work, just let me know in the comments section below, and I&#8217;ll look into it again.
